I have been a Licensed Realtor for over 5 years full-time in the Greater Lansing Real Estate Market and have a wealth of experience working with both buyers and sellers. I also have experience in new construction. I have successfully navigated various types of transactions ranging from very straightforward to extremely complex. I have sold homes for as little as $30,000 and as much as $1.1M and have worked equally hard - regardless of price point. Several of my closed listings have set sales price records in that particular subdivision or area. To date, I have never had a residential listing expire or in other words I have closed every single listing I have ever brought to market. When I'm not selling real estate I enjoy spending time up north and otherwise try to take advantage of everything Michigan has to offer. Some of my hobbies are snowboarding, playing poker and playing guitar.
