Things to Do in Okemos
Okemos, MI offers a wide array of entertainment options for residents of all ages. High Caliber Karting & Entertainment is Michigan’s best indoor adventure center where guests can race go-karts, throw axes, bowl, and much more. While the children play, mom and dad can have fun of their own at the fully stocked bar. Wonch Park is a quieter alternative to enjoy a picnic beneath a covered pavilion, grills, fitness equipment, and playground equipment. Locals enjoy countless weekends at College Fields Golf Course, one of the newer courses in the region. Meridian Township’s Farmers Market is a unique stop enjoyed during the year's warmer months. From June through October, fresh produce, flowers, apothecary products, cheese, and more are brought into town by farmers, allowing locals to get a few more unique additions into their households.

Okemos High School, grades 9–12. It is the best public high school in the area — its students consistently perform higher than others on state standardized exams, it boasts a great STEM program, and it ensures students are well-prepared for college.
